Our virtual painting party for family caregivers offers a chance to take time out, relieve stress and express your creative side.

About the Event

Painting for pleasure may promote stress relief and help bolster memory and provides an opportunity to expand your creative growth. This virtual painting class for family caregivers is open to artists of all levels. No previous painting experience is required. An instructor will walk attendees through the painting process. 
To paint along, you will need:

• Acrylic craft paints: black, white, red, blue and yellow
• 3 or 4 brushes, from small to 1" sizes
• Canvas, canvas panel or acrylic paper
• Cup of water to rinse brushes
• Small plate or palette to mix paint
• Paper towel(s) for messes
