It’s not easy to talk about death and dying wishes. Heart to Heart Café is one way to get the conversation started.

About the Event

Led by the nonprofit Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care, this Heart to Heart Café workshop,  is designed to help family members, caregivers, healthcare provider and others understand what a loved one or patient wants when life is ending or threatened by injury or disease. It’s specifically designed for our Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
