About the Event

Join AARP Nevada for a veteran & military focus workshop, where we’ll explore the often-taboo topic of death.  

Guest facilitators include William Voy  (Southern Nevada Senior Law Program/SLP) and Christopher Miannay (Nevada Department of Veterans Services) who will guide our conversation, creating a safe space for open dialogue, aiming to demystify the subject and foster understanding of this universal experience.  Whether you’re curious about advance directives, personal wishes, or simply want to listen and learn, everyone is welcome. Our speakers will be available to answer questions after the event.
